Sweet Corn Fried Rice<br />Ingredients: <br />#alksugests.com #alksuggests #alkaskitchen<br />Sesame Oil/Oil - 1 tbsp<br />Onion - 1 no. chopped<br />Few Garlic cloves Chopped<br />Piece of Ginger chopped <br />Spring onions - 1 no. bunch<br />Green Capsicum - 1/2 no. chopped<br />Red Capsicum - 1/2 no. chopped<br />Yellow Capsicum - 1/2 no. chopped<br />Salt to taste<br />Pepper powder - 1 tsp<br />Cooked Sweet Corn kernels - 1 cup<br />Spring onion stalk - 1/2 no.<br />Cooked Basmati Rice - 1 bowl<br /><br />Method: <br />1. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and saute<br />2. Add chopped ginger & garlic, spring onion bulb, green, red and yellow capsicums and saute well<br />3. Add salt & Pepper and mix well<br />4. Now add the cooked sweet corn and mix well<br />5. Add fresh spring onion stalk and mix. <br />6.
